Every JinniCraft piece is handmade to order from your photo or idea — so each one is truly one-of-a-kind. Because of that, returns work a little differently here than at a standard shop.

If something isn't right

If your piece arrives damaged, doesn't match the version you approved, or something else went wrong, we'll make it right. Reach out and we'll sort out a refund, a remake, or a fix — whichever fits the situation.

Send us a note with your order number and what happened. We'll get back to you within two business days.
