Terms of Service

Welcome to JinniCraft. These terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jinnicraft.com (the “Service”), operated by ZenApp LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JinniCraft is a platform that sells handicraft products personalized by AI, based on your ideas and handmade by real artisans. Certain products are sold directly by us, while others may be sold by vested third-party vendors.

Our AI design tools generate previews and suggestions from your photos and prompts. AI output is a creative starting point — the final, handmade piece is crafted by a human artisan and may differ from the preview.

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if there’s unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

3. Orders and Returns

• Customization inputs. You’re responsible for the photos, text, and designs you upload. You confirm you have the rights to use them and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights. Don’t upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Pricing. Prices reflect the artisan’s labor, materials, and the complexity of your customization. Dynamic pricing may apply based on your design choices. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
• Returns. Because pieces are handmade and personalized to you, returns are unfortunately not possible. However, in case you are unhappy with the products you received, we do offer resolutions such as refund or remake. Reach out to us at hello@jinnicraft.com

4. Selling on JinniCraft (Vendors)

If you apply to sell on JinniCraft:

• You must be approved by us and complete vendor onboarding.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the quality and timely delivery of your work, and complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations.
• You grant JinniCraft a license to display your listings and shop content on the Service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
• We may remove listings or suspend vendor accounts for violations, poor performance, or at our discretion with notice where practical.
• Vendor fees and payouts are governed by the vendor agreement and our published fee schedule.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others — including in the photos and designs you upload.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, another user’s account, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by automating requests, scraping, or introducing malware.
• Circumvent our payment system or transact off-platform to avoid fees.
• Misrepresent yourself, your affiliation, or a product.

6. Intellectual Property

Our content. The JinniCraft site, brand, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Don’t reuse them without permission.

Your content. You keep ownership of the photos and designs you upload, and you grant us and the relevant vendor a license to use them to fulfill your order and operate the Service (for example, displaying a design preview).

Vendor content. Vendors own their listings, shop branding, and product images, and grant us a license to display them on the Service.

AI-generated previews. Design previews generated by our AI tools are provided for inspiration and don’t grant you any intellectual property rights beyond using them in your order.

7. Payments

We use Stripe to process payments securely. We never store your card details. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the displayed amount. Taxes and shipping are included where shown.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
• Handmade items vary — each piece is unique, and AI previews are not a guarantee of the final result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JinniCraft and its affiliates, officers, employees, and vendors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the Service in the preceding 12 months, or where a transaction is involved, the amount of that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or gross negligence).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JinniCraft harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service — except where prohibited by law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to JinniCraft’s place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We’ll try in good faith to resolve disputes informally first. If we can’t, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless you’re a consumer with a mandatory local right to a different forum, in which case that right is preserved.

EU/UK consumers. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with notice where practical. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party sites and integrate third-party tools (payment, analytics, email, sign-in). We’re not responsible for their practices or content.
